Raggs
Raggs was a popular classic rock cover band based in St. Paul, Minnesota, that gained a strong regional following throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Originally formed in 1971 by guitarist Billy Lee Larson, the group later became known as Vintage Raggs and performed to packed venues across Minnesota. Larson co-founded the band and remained a member for more than 50 years, performing until his passing in March 2024.
